Webfeb 17, 2023 · caltrans crews once again were preparing for a full closure of the northbound lanes of interstate 680 in the east bay for the entire holiday weekend. Webfeb 23, 2023 · the closure is now planned to take place starting at 10 p. m. Friday, march 3 and reopening at 5 a. m. Monday, march 6 (three nights, two days), weather permitting.
